A:We have consulted with our design staff and they have determined the following regarding the questions outlined below:
• Yes, the unfinished basement is 1539 sq. ft.
• Yes, the basement is a daylight garage basement.
• Main level garage:1593 sq. ft. Lower Basement garage: 1539 sq. ft.
• There is no loft area above the main garage level.
• The stairs are inside the exterior garage wall, and go from the main level down to the basement garage.
• The storage area in the basement garage is under the stairs. It starts out at 10’ and goes down with the stair treads.
